The account opening process for clubs/agencies requires some steps that are performed under the supervision of our team. Therefore, we kindly ask you to contact us at [email protected].

In order to be able to place private advertisements on our website, a paid registration via our Webshop is required. With the completion of the registration, a contractual relationship is established between you and Cleops GmbH, which is governed by our GTC.

For the registration or creation of the account we need the following data from you:

• First and last name
• Residential address
• E-mail address

After your registration you will receive an e-mail from us with a confirmation link. Your account will be activated once you have confirmed your identity via the link.

After successful completion of the above mentioned processes you can place advertisements on our website.

iii.   Placement of advertisements

In the context of placing advertisements, we process the following data, which you provide to us voluntarily by yourself, and publish them on our website:

• Photos and logos
• Telephone number
• Links to your Website, Social media account or else.
• Diverse information over yourself, your services, or your business.
• Physical address* and e-mail address

*By entering your physical address, you must at least specify the name of the city where you are located. In case of an incomplete address, the website adds the note "Region" after the given address; it is up to you if you want to provide a complete address.
